In Brief: $7.9 Million Bill in Fraud Case

In April, billionaire collector Bill Koch scored a costly victory over Web entreprenuer Eric Greenberg in a Manhattan courtroom when a jury awarded Koch nearly $12.4 million in damages in a case involving 24 fraudulent bottles consigned by Greenberg to a 2005 Zachys auction. Now Koch also wants Greenberg to reimburse his legal bill, totaling $7,865,872. Wine Spectator's Peter Hellmann reports.
