When Chris Metz enlisted the help of designer Todd Thesing, of Highline Partners, to build his secondary home in Big Sky, Mont., he knew that the construction wouldn't be complete without a wine cellar. Having collected wine for more than two decades, Metz already had several thousand bottles stored in a walk-in cellar located at his primary residence in Florida. Wine Spectator's Lizzie Munro explains.
