Glasswork for a Showpiece Cellar

The wine cellar in the home Ann Ross shares with her husband, Dennis, currently holds approximately 600 bottles of wine, with room for 100 more. Having previously kept their collection in wine refrigerators, the pair decided that a modern wine wall, as opposed to a walk-in cellar, could be useful not only as a means of storage, but also as an aesthetically pleasing addition to their home. Unlike many of the more traditional-style homes in the Wichita area, the Rosses' has a uniquely modern feel, and that's exactly how they envisioned their wine cellar. Wine Spectator's Lizzie Munro explains.
