Wine Spectator's Bruce Sanderson brings you some American wine to celebrate Independence Day which includes ome great value Pinot Noirs, a few rosés and some impressive reds. He also puts forth a group of reds and whites from Australia and South Africa which offer fine values. Also, he adds a few rugged reds that are ideal for backyard grilling, with plenty of fruit, herb, smoke and earth flavors backed by solid muscle to stand up to steaks, burgers and ribs.
