Koch Wins Counterfeit Wine Lawsuit

Seven years into his unrelenting, cost-be-damned campaign to clean up the rare wine business, William Koch scored a big victory—and more than $12 million in damages. In April, a New York jury in federal court found in the Florida energy executive's favor on all counts in his lawsuit against fellow wine collector Eric Greenberg. Wine Spectator's Peter Hellman reports.
