You don't normally eat cheese with a spoon. But you would if the cheese were Vacherin Mont d'Or, Winnimere or Rush Creek Reserve. When served properly, these cheeses are so gooey they're meant to be eaten with a spoon. And yes, they are as decadent as they sound. Wine Spectator's Sam Gugino explains.
