Wine Spectator's coffee columnist Mark Pendergrast is used to sampling exotic beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Indonesia, India, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala. ... The list goes on. But Thailand? It is virtually unknown as a coffee nation, though it's the fourth-largest Asian producer.
