
There is an alarming theme that has become all too familiar to wine lovers: forgery. Many have unknowingly pursued counterfeit wines at any price. What's so interesting about this is that, ironically, many of these fakes were technically quite accomplished. They fooled folks. But they weren't authentic. Should that matter?
