We all know that wine lends itself to categories. Most famously, of course, there are the classed growths of Bordeaux and the grands and premiers crus of Burgundy. Wine lovers, like baseball fans, adore imposing order on apparent chaos. There's another category of wines that deserves attention. Wine Spectator's Matt Kramer calls them "Forget Everything You Thought You Knew" wines.
