As Wine Spectator's Mark Pendergast drank a rich, balanced cup of San José Ocaña on a recent morning, he savored the sweetly balanced brew, with its hint of lemon, and he then let the notes of chocolate and caramel from these high-grown Guatemalan beans linger on his tongue.
