Sylvie Cazes effectively left her family's business, which owns Château Lynch-Bages. Making the leap to Pichon-Lalande was a break from her past and the transition has been difficult in many ways, but in seizing her opportunities, Cazes has become one of the most powerful players in Bordeaux.
