In 2010, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse earned a debut Grand Award for its Houston location, which opened in 1995. Now, its sister restaurant, located in the cross-state rival city of Dallas, has matched the effort, earning the restaurant group the rare distinction of holding two Grand Awards. Wine Spectator assistant coordinator Nathan Wesley reports.
