Chef Quinn and pastry chef Karen Hatfield are a young culinary power couple who last year moved their Los Angeles restaurant Hatfield's to a larger, more opulent space. Between them, they have worked with Jean Georges Vongerichten, Wolfgang Puck, David Bouley, Claudia Fleming and others. They also shared squab recipe with Wine Spectator with relatively few ingredients, and a couple of spiffy tricks.
