
"Grazing in the grass is a gas," is not just a catchy song for the cows that produce the milk for Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese; it's a way of life. Pleasant Ridge Reserve has thrice been named Best of Show at the annual American Cheese Society Judging & Competition (no other cheese has won even twice). Wine Spectator's Sam Gugino explains.
