Several top quality estates are found in Dogliani and specialize in Dolcetto. They include Marziano Abbona, Luigi Einaudi and Bruno Porro. One of the best there is Pecchenino. Brothers Attilio and Orlando Pecchenino farm 62 acres, mostly Dolcetto, with some Barbera and Nebbiolo. Wine Spectator's Bruce Sanderson reports.
