
Though her native Sweden has a long history of flavoring cheese, when Ulla Nylin tried to sell her Vodkapepper cheese in the United States 14 years ago, the reception she got was about as warm as a January morning in Stockholm. Now she and her cheeses are in demand. Wine Spectator contributing editor Sam Gugino explains.
