New Orleans gala raises $1.9 million for Emeril Lagasse Foundation
The Sixth annual Carnivale du Vin was an evening gala that followed raised a total of $1.9 million for the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which helps New Orleans "do better" by funding a wide range of charities that support and educate the city's children. Wine Spectator executive editor Thomas Matthews explains.
