Stéphane Derenoncourt is one of the most renowned winemakers in Bordeaux, and his reputation is rapidly going global. He and the firm he founded, Vignerons Consultants, work with more than 90 wineries around the world, from Bordeaux to California to India. His wines have earned steady acclaim and more than 100 wineries a year contact his firm to try and hire him and his team. Wine Spectator associate editor Mitch Frank reports.
