Designing restaurant lighting with wine in mind can add a layer of complexity, as the visual component to enjoying wine-eyeing the color of the wine in the glass-means that simply dimming the lamps for mood won't do. What does it take to get it right? We checked in with the design firms for three recently completed wine-centric projects to find out and ask them for tips on bringing the experience home.
