James Boyce, executive chef at Cotton Row restaurant in Huntsville, Ala., a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence winner, has created a solution for dehydrated digits: the Professional Kitchen Hand Scrub. Three different "flavors" are available: Sommelier, Herb Garden and Vintage.
