There's a fair amount of hand-wringing and speculation among winemakers regarding the fate of the Golden State's Rhône reds. The wines, as a group, have never been better, and certain of the wineries sell everything they make at high prices. Yet as a broad category, the wines are stalled in terms of sales, leaving more questions than answers.
