"With the global economy still struggling to find its footing, value remains a top priority for most consumers. Whatever you're buying, you're looking for high quality at reasonable prices. There are few regions around the world offer higher quality and better value than Rioja, in northwestern Spain. It has long been the country's most prestigious wine region, and its performance in recent years has justified this reputation. We can't think of another wine region-in Spain or beyond-that succeeds on so many levels.
