Julian Serrano hints at his Spanish roots at his Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning restaurant Picasso at Bellagio, which ranks among the best in Las Vegas. At his second place in the city, which opened in December and carries his own name rather than that of a Spanish artist, the casual menu revels in tapas and paellas and the wine list focuses on Spanish bottlings.
