
George and Elsa Vare are the proud owners of California's largest Ribolla Gialla vineyard. The fact that it covers a mere 2 acres in the heart of Napa Valley hardly matters. It's more about fun, experimentation and pride of ownership than trying to upstage the big boys jockeying for attention with their $100 Cabernets and proprietary blends. And it's certainly not about making money.
