A lot of people enjoy listening to their favorite music while drinking fine wine, but Timothy Nishimoto takes that idea to the next level. Nishimoto, 45, has dual careers-one as the owner of Vino Paradiso Wine Bar & Bistro, a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence-winner in Portland, Ore., and the other as a member of Pink Martini, a popular jazz and Latin fusion band. How does he handle both? Tasting coordinator Nathan Wesley spoke with him to find out.
