Why We Age Wine. And Why It Matters
One of the benefits of being known as, ahem, a wine maven, is that you get asked to officiate at that marriage of wine and money called a charity event. In this capacity, contributing editor Matt Kramer recently found himself at a table of donors who, toward the end of the fundraising evening, were deciding which Italian wines to buy.
