Washington has been making tasty reds and whites at very reasonable prices for several years, with a wide range of varietals and styles to choose from (and no unfavorable exchange rates to worry about). The Seven Hills Ciel du Cheval blends Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
