
A study published in the Nov. 30 issue of the British Journal of Nutrition suggests that Champagne is not just for celebrations. Researchers at the school of chemistry, food and pharmacy at the University of Reading, with assistance from two biochemical and molecular biology centers in Reims, France, found that drinking moderate amounts of Champagne daily appeared to improve arterial function.
