"What's the most honest wine?" came the query. It arrived, seemingly out of nowhere, as we were savoring a Pinot Noir during a leisurely Thanksgiving-weekend lunch. We were discussing-as seems inevitable with Pinot Noir-the intricacies of how various producers around the world handle it.
