Thurston, an investor who splits his time between Jackson Hole, Wyo., and Paradise Valley, Ariz., had no sooner completed a silo-shaped cellar to house his 2,000-bottle collection in Wyoming (featured in the Oct. 31, 2008, issue of Wine Spectator), when he began plans for a Southwestern-style building to house the rest of his wine in Arizona.
