Collector Joel Weiss took inspiration for his cellar from a water tower
Many serious wine collectors count Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon among the bottles in their cellar. Joel Weiss is probably the first, though, to have modeled his cellar after the water tower on the winery's label.
