DNA Test for Wine
Ever wonder whether that blue-chip bottle in your cellar is the genuine article? A new test can check by examining the DNA of the wine. Developed by Applied DNA Sciences, BioMaterial Genotyping uses a wine's DNA like a fingerprint to determine if it matches a bottle with certified provenance.
