Hard Times for Overseas Wineries
More than 13,500 importers, wine writers and other members of the trade packed Bordeaux's most prestigious châteaus in April, getting their first taste of the 2008 vintage. The annual en primeur tastings—the trade's chance to sample the wines before futures go on sale—were as busy as ever.
