SELECTED 2007 BURGUNDY BARRELS Apart from 2005 and 2002, the early vintages of this century have been difficult ones for growers in Burgundy. Yet with 2007, these vintners have risen to the challenge. "A vintage like 2007 would have been a disaster in the 1970s," theorized Christophe Perrot-Minot when I visited his domaine for a tasting this winter.
