DOLLARS AND SENSE Your April 30 cover story on value wines (" More for Your Money ") makes it clear that California wines offer nowhere near the value of those from outside the United States. Don't get me wrong, I love California wines and have been to many tasting rooms over the years, but it's time to face facts.
