
Scott Osborn was NOT surprised by the phone call. He had been dreading it. Osborn owns Fox Run Vineyards, a successful winery in New York's Finger Lakes. One morning in January, a Rochester, N.Y., liquor store owner called to ask Osborn where he stood on New York Governor David Paterson's proposal to allow wine sales in the state's grocery stores.
