Geoff Tate, 49, is lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Queensrÿche, whose gold and platinum albums have included hit songs such as "Jet City Woman" and "Silent Lucidity." More than 27 years since they first formed in Seattle, the band continues to rock and has just put the finishing touches on a new album.
