It's a familiar story: A well-established chef, known for his personal take on fine cuisine, opens a high-profile restaurant in a new city and creates a buzz. In the latest re-run, it's TV chef Gordon Ramsay who started a new venture in Los Angeles this summer, in the London hotel in West Hollywood.
