Hurricane Ike Impacts Wine Business in Texas

When Hurricane Ike came ashore in southern Texas on Sept. 13, pushing into Galveston Bay and moving north into the Houston area, millions of people were impacted. Many lost power, suffered severe damage to their homes or were forced to evacuate.
