Smoke Taint a Concern in Northern California Vineyards
As harvesttime arrived in California, vintners assessed the impact of wildfires that swept the state in June. Though the blazes did not damage any vineyards, they did raise the specter of smoke taint in Mendocino County, where thick smoke covered vineyards.
