A new generation of Côte-Rôtie vintners is making some of the region's best Syrahs ever
Stéphane Ogier is standing outside his winery in a residential neighborhood just off the main drag that runs through Ampuis, the modest capital of Côte-Rôtie, in France's Northern Rhône Valley. An extension on Ogier's cellar is so new, the front door hasn't even been put on.
