Aging Australian Whites
The 1993 Chardonnay delivered a superb balance of orange- and grapefruit-scented stone fruit, with a creamy texture that would not quit. This youthful, vibrant wine might have been a decade younger than its 15 years, but the depth and finesse could only come from long aging.
