Some combination of the youthquake occurring in wine and the fact that electronic media finds its way into everything is beginning to affect the way we receive information about wine. Case in point: Clo Wine Bar in Manhattan's Time Warner Center, run by Andrew Bradbury (formerly of Aureole Las Vegas) and other sommeliers, features a virtual wine list.
