Tastes: Spirits: The New Age of Bourbon
I often wonder why so many Bourbons have the first name "Old," as though a connection to the past were the only thing the traditional American spirit had going for it. I'm all for nostalgia and think fondly of a time a half-century ago, when Bourbon was the bar call of the land.
