Tastes: Santa Rosa Hot Spot: Rosso

Rosso, a hip little pizzeria in Santa Rosa, Calif., has assembled a tight and savvy wine list that's priced to move. The 80 or so wines (with about 25 served by the glass) mostly cost less than $50 and generally only a little more than the suggested retail price.
