Classic Bordeaux Reds at Reasonable Prices

The average auction price of a bottle of 2005 Bordeaux that scored in the classic range on Wine Spectator 's 100-point scale (95 to 100 points) is $1,016. If you find that excessive, an examination of the Wine Spectator auction database reveals that it is still possible to find numerous Bordeaux priced at a relatively reasonable $100 or less that earned classic scores when first released.
