Tastes: Las Vegas Hot Spot: Louis's Las Vegas

Not all the hot new star-chef restaurants in Las Vegas are in casino resorts on the strip. Louis Osteen, a pioneer in contemporary Southern cuisine, recently brought a version of his South Carolina restaurant Louis's at Pawleys to an upscale mall near the airport.
