Four famous chefs anchor a new Las Vegas casino resort

Big-name chefs have been expanding into Las Vegas for years now, but the Palazzo, a glossy new 3,000-room resort attached to the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, scored a coup when it lined up Charlie Trotter, Wolfgang Puck, Mario Batali and Emeril Lagasse under one roof.
