Doing the Twist, Retroactively
While other wineries dither about whether to replace corks with alternative closures for their current wines, one Australian producer has taken it a step further. Leeuwin Estate, Australia's greatest producer of Chardonnay, recently rebottled its entire library of old vintages under screw caps.
