Northern California Vineyards Hit by Frost

Severe frost hit Northern California the weekend of April 19, with nighttime temperatures dropping into the 20s Fahrenheit in some vineyards. The late-season cold snap came at a critical time, since blooms were still fragile on vines across the state.
